Your information is used solely to maintain the Annesdale neighborhood directory. Directory information is only visible to authenticated neighborhood residents. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. We do not send marketing messages of any kind.

Authentication

We offer multiple ways to sign in to the directory:

• Google Sign-In: We use Google's authentication service to verify your identity. We only receive your name and email address from Google.
• Email Login Codes: One-time login codes are sent to your email address via Resend, our email delivery service, only when you request them.
• SMS Login Codes: One-time login codes are sent to your phone number via Twilio, our SMS delivery service, only when you request them. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure database. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Your Rights

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Residents can update most of their own information directly through the directory. For any other requests, including complete data removal, please contact the neighborhood administrator.
